Marcelo Antonio Pepe — Partner

Marcelo is a partner at del Olmo Legal and focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, real estate and complex disputes.

He has been part of prestigious firms and multinational companies. He served as advisor and consultant in top-tier law firms and leading companies in civil and commercial law. In addition to being a lawyer, he is also a Certified Public Translator.

He is a full member of the jury for the federal judges’ appointment process.

He was Legal Affairs Director at the Colegio de Escribanos (Notarial Association).

He serves as jury member for the appointment of notaries public and deputy notaries in the City of Buenos Aires.

He is an arbitrator at the General Arbitration and Mediation Tribunal of the Colegio de Escribanos of the City of Buenos Aires.

He is a professor of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in Law and Translation Studies at UBA, Austral University, Universidad Notarial Argentina, Universidad Nacional de La Plata, and UCEMA.

He is the author of works on civil, commercial and corporate law.

He is a recognized authority at national congresses and legal seminars and a regular lecturer at public and private institutions and professional associations throughout Argentina.
