Francisco Blanco — Of Counsel
Francisco is Of Counsel at del Olmo Legal, specialized in corporate tax law. He began his career in 2005 as Clerk at the Argentine Tax Court and, since 2010, has developed an outstanding track record in the private sector, holding leadership positions as partner and director in top-tier firms.
His practice covers general tax advice, with a specific focus on M&A, design of tax-efficient structures for companies and wealth planning, as well as tax litigation at the national, provincial, and municipal levels.
In recent years, he has advised technology companies in internationalization processes and in significant acquisitions by foreign groups.
